IT Ocean LLC provides the service of selling electronic money by the Payment Organization MPS “GlobalMoney” on this website in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Sale e-money service abbreviated name SEM allows you to transfer funds through online payment on the website or through payment at the company’s offices to replenish the electronic wallets of individuals with electronic money. The service is provided to the client through the website, https://itocean.work or other websites or automated payment systems used by IT Ocean LLC on the basis of contractual relations.
Terminology
Client: An individual who orders and pays for the service in order to transfer funds to purchase electronic money.
Beneficiary: An individual who has entered into an agreement with the Payment Organization, whose electronic wallet is replenished by the client. The beneficiary, when replenishing the electronic wallet with more than 14 000 hryvnias and in other cases provided for by law, is identified in accordance with the rules of the Payment Organization.
Payment acceptance partners of IT Ocean LLC: companies, banks providing automated settlement with the client within the framework of the SEM service.
Electronic money: Electronic money issued in accordance with the rules of the payment organization. In this regard, the amount within the SEM service, hereinafter referred to as the “replenishment amount”, corresponds to the replenishment actually credited and available on the electronic wallet/account of the beneficiary.
Description and terms of service
The SEM service does not provide any other service and is only a distribution of electronic money for the purpose of replenishing electronic wallets, accounts of beneficiaries, clients of the payment organization. The SEM service does not provide for servicing of electronic wallets, where replenishment is carried out, they are provided by the payment organization. Electronic money is transferred to the beneficiary, without the right of recourse with respect to the SEM service in the event of a refusal by the payment organization. Disputes about the quality of service, the amount of electronic money or any other service provided by the payment organization, the cost, the validity period of funds or any other condition of the transferred electronic money are considered directly by the payment organization.
Terms of replenishment, order and payment
Replenishment conditions
The site allows you to top up the electronic wallets of clients of payment organizations that have accepted this agreement. Topping up is the subject of the agreement with the IT Ocean LLC service. Payment organizations that accept these funds may change without prior notice. The list of territories and the list of payment organizations may be changed.
The transfer amount is not subject to exchange or refund. The amount of electronic money varies depending on the terms and tariff offers. The specified transfer amount can also be changed without notice by IT Ocean LLC payment acceptance partners. Likewise, IT Ocean LLC payment acceptance partner and/or payment organization can apply any kind of fees, such as taxes, bank commissions or other fees, without prior notice, thereby reducing the replenishment amount, these fees are regulated by agreements between the payment acceptance partner or payment organization and the client. Deductions of IT Ocean LLC payment acceptance partner and/or payment organization related to the replenishment amount can be changed at any time. IT Ocean LLC is not responsible for these terms and changes made by IT Ocean LLC payment acceptance partner and/or payment organization. The cost of account replenishment can be changed in accordance with the terms of IT Ocean LLC payment acceptance partner and/or payment organization. IT Ocean LLC is in no way responsible for the general terms and conditions of these payment acceptance partners and/or payment organizations or any change thereto. Once funds have been transferred to the recipient’s e-wallet/account, the use of the available credit is generally governed by the pre-existing contractual terms between the beneficiary and the payment organization of which he is a client. In particular, the validity period of the transfer is determined by the partner telecommunications provider and the processing partner IT Ocean LLC.
Topping up e-wallet accounts
SEM service for replenishing electronic wallets. SEM offers an unlimited number of people to replenish accounts of electronic wallets of payment organizations, in any way indicated on the website https://itocean.work.
When performing a replenishment operation, the client must provide the following data:

The payment must be made using a payment instrument belonging to the customer who has the legal right to use the payment instrument.
If the payment method cannot be used or an error occurs when making a payment, the application for replenishing the e-wallet account is immediately cancelled. If the payment method is successfully used for the transfer, the SEM service receives an irrevocable order to replenish the account.
The customer is fully responsible for specifying the recipient’s e-wallet account correctly. IT Ocean LLC is not responsible for transfers to a non-existent or incorrect recipient account number. The customer must ensure that the number specified for receiving the replenishment is correct. An automatic confirmation of receipt of the order is sent to the e-mail specified by the customer when placing the order.
Payment terms
Payment can be made by any method used by the IT Ocean LLC service provided by payment acceptance partners.
Prices
Prices for the service SEM replenishment of accounts of electronic wallets, indicated on the website https://itocean.work include all taxes and other fees applied when performing this operation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
IT Ocean LLC has the right to change prices for its services at any time before payment is made.
Restrictions
The Client is informed that the following restrictions apply when using the SEM service:
The maximum amount of payments per day is 14 000 hryvnia.
The maximum monthly payment amount is 150 000 hryvnia.
Number of successful operations per day 5.
Number of successful operations per month 12.
In addition, IT Ocean LLC may suspend the use of the SEM service by a client in the event of fraud or attempted fraud by the client in relation to the service.
Cancelling a confirmed order
If the replenishment operation fails after the order confirmation for any reason (unsuitability of the account/wallet account, refusal of the payment acceptance partner IT Ocean LLC and/or the payment organization, technical incident and other reasons), the corresponding customer order is cancelled. The customer’s payment corresponding to this order is also cancelled. The SEM service sends the customer an email notifying the cancellation of the order and the corresponding payment.
Waiver of the right to withdraw
The beneficiary has the right to submit a refund request within 14 days, provided that the beneficiary has not started using the funds before the expiration of the said 14-day period. Refund request to the payment organization. IT Ocean LLC services are final if the electronic money has been credited to the beneficiary’s account/wallet account. This beneficiary’s refund request cannot serve as a basis for exchange, return or exercise of the right to refuse the services of SEM IT Ocean LLC.
Commitment
IT Ocean LLC and the payment institutions (hereinafter referred to as “providers”) will make every effort to ensure the best availability and quality of the service. Providers try to provide the service 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. However, Providers reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the service without prior notice for maintenance reasons. Providers must have the necessary means to ensure the smooth operation of the service. They take the necessary measures to maintain the continuity and quality of the service. Therefore, the Provider shall not be liable in the event of force majeure within the meaning of the case-law of the Court of Cassation. In any case, the Provider shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect damage suffered by the client or beneficiary in connection with the use of the service. Indirect damages are damages that do not result exclusively and directly from the failure of the Providers; indirect damages include operational losses and commercial losses. The liability of suppliers for any reason whatsoever may arise only if an error in the performance of services duly ordered by the client is proven. The liability of suppliers in the event of a partial or complete breach of their own contractual obligations is limited to the amount of the cost of services received from suppliers. Finally, suppliers are exempt from any liability for the use of a bank card provided for in the agreement of the credit card holder between the client and the client’s bank. The site is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, IT Ocean LLC reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the site for maintenance and repair of the site. It should be recalled that IT Ocean LLC does not provide any other services under this agreement and acts only as a reseller of electronic money. Therefore, IT Ocean LLC cannot guarantee that the services provided by payment organizations will be performed without any defects or failures and cannot be held responsible for the quality of performance of these communication services.
Registration
In order to use the service and receive bonuses, the client must create his own account. When creating an account, the client must provide accurate, complete and current information as requested in the registration form. The client confirms that the information provided is accurate, complete and complete, and agrees to update it if necessary.
Upon registration, the client will receive a username and password and will be fully responsible for any activity that occurs under their account, including unauthorized use of their credit card. The client must be of legal age to use the account replenishment service on the site. IT Ocean LLC is not responsible for the use of SEM by clients who violate this rule.
As a result, minors must obtain permission from their parents (or persons with parental rights over the minor) to purchase electronic money for an electronic wallet/account.

Right of access to files and personal data
The SEM service collects personal data concerning the specified customer (e.g. telephone number, email address) and the beneficiary (phone number) when the customer orders the service.
These data allow SEM not only to process the order, but also to be able to improve its services to its customers or to transmit to them, in particular, information about its services. By using the services of IT Ocean LLC, any customer accepts the conditions, on the one hand, the processing of their data, and on the other hand, the receipt of free commercial offers.
For the purposes of this agreement, the recipient’s mobile phone number shall be transferred to the beneficiary’s telecommunications operator established in a country that may, if necessary, be located outside of Ukraine. Such data may also be transferred to any supplier or subcontractor involved in the provision of the service.
The client has the right to object, access, correct and delete any personal data obtained by him when using the SEM service.
